This toolbox collates and indexes a wide range of resources that have been collaborated on, resourced, endorsed, and recommended for use by the Regional & Rural Telehealth strategic plan project and key stakeholders of the Loddon Mallee Health Network (LMHN). This is to support the delivery of high quality, safe and accessible health care across the health services of the Loddon Mallee Region (LMR). It has been designed to assist health professionals and providers who are confident to use telehealth and other virtual care services effectively. Not only does it include generic regional resources for adaptation, but links to national and state-wide resources and national board guidelines related to telehealth.

Governance & Compliance: Telehealth consultations follow the same standards as face-to-face consultations. This means complying with privacy legislation and the standards of practice that have been set by the peak professional regulatory bodies both in your state or territory, and nationally.
Learning & Development: Information pertaining to guidelines from regional, government and professional bodies that can help health services understand the legal (privacy), ethical, and clinical governance issues around Telehealth. Inclusive of different funding arrangements.
